North American Imaging Testimonials

Over the years North American Imaging (NAI) has earned our business by constantly demonstrating their high level of professionalism and commitment to meet or exceed our expectations. In addition it is always a pleasure to work with their staff such as Tony Tomassini, Niels Moller and many others at (NAI) because their knowledge of x-ray tubes, glassware and the x-ray industry is outstanding.

For example on several occasions NAI has voluntarily worked over a weekend to replace an Image Intensifier so the we could in turn reinstall the Image Intensifier back into a site so that our customer would not have any down time. Somehow NAI always seems to come through and helps us make great things happen for our customers.

Recently NAI became part of Parts Source and initially we were concerned that NAI’s unique commitment and high level of service could change. However, we have not found that to be the case. NAI is working just as hard to exceed their customer’s expectations while at the same time keeping their pricing competitive.
